Let's face it, we all need a little reminder once in a while. Well at Bestival 2006 there's gonna be lots of quite big reminders! 'Keep Bestival Tidy' is our new motto and we'd love it if you took notice.

Yes, what you see before your very eyes is a gimmick. We've taken the classic 'Keep Britain Tidy' logo and given it a bit of a re-make. You've got to agree its a very worthy gimmick though haven't you! At Bestival this year you'll see a lot of these signs all over the site and we ask that you please pay attention.

You'll be given bin liners and recycling sacks on arrival at Bestival and we ask that you use these and the many bins provided to clear up after yourselves - recycling wherever possible.

In fact, we are taking recycling very seriously this year too - we've brought in the big guns in Network Recycling (the people who do recycyling Glastonbury) and there will be loads of recycling bins throughout the site and we are encouraging traders to do their bit by using combustable cups, plates and cutlery.  Loads more info on this 'Recycling at Bestival' - also in the 'Practical Info' section above.
