Foot Passengers:
During the festival Southern Vectis will be running special shuttle services and extra late buses on their normal routes to make it as easy as possible for you to get to the Bestival site... and back!

From Ryde: A special festival shuttle will meet Wightlink ferries from Portsmouth and the hovercraft from Southsea and run direct to the Bestival site.
From East Cowes: A special festival shuttle will meet Red Funnel passenger / vehicle ferries from Southampton and run direct to the Bestival site.
From West Cowes: Route 1 runs every 8 minutes to Newport to meet Red Funnel 'Fast Cat' foot-passnger only ferries from Southampton. Change in Newport bus station for the Newport shuttle, which will take you directly to the Bestival site. 
From Yarmouth: Route 7 runs hourly to Newport to meet Wightlink ferries from Lymington. Change in Newport bus station for the Newport shuttle, which will take you directly to the Bestival site. 
From all other Island locations: Normal services will run to Newport with some extra buses. Change in Newport bus station for the Newport shuttle, which will take you directly to the Bestival site.

Bus Fares:
£5 festival return: special return fare available for use between Thursday and Monday, allowing one journey in to the bestival and one journey out from anywhere on the Island. 
£1 Newport shuttle: single journey from Newport bus station to the bestival site or from the festival back to Newport on the festival shuttle
£3 single journey: single journey from bestival to any Island town or Ferry

Car Passengers:
From East Cowes ferry: second exit at roundabout onto Well Road, A3021, A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown onto A3056 to Arreton/Sandown.
From Fishbourne ferry: B3339 (Fishbourne lane), A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown onto A3056 to Arreton/Sandown.
From Yarmouth ferry: A3054 to Newport, A3020 to Sandown onto A3056 to Arreton/Sandown.

Car Parking:
The car park is now next to the Bestival site (no more park & ride!) just beyond the Hare & Hounds Pub. Please follow directions. Cost for the whole weekend will be £7 per vehicle.
