The Bandstand will be situated in the welcoming (you won't want to leave!) Village area amongst The Bestival Inn, the Women's Institute Tea Tent, the Farmer's Market and the Sushi Yurt...

Continental Drifts (in conjunction with the Arts Council For England) are back again with the popular Sense 3D Arena, a daily open public jam, which returns to Bestival for the second year and features a plethora of the UK’s finest experimental electronica artists all playing in experimental sound artist Owen Thomas’ remarkable sound installation.

Featuring live performances from some of the UK's most talked about bands, including Cazals, Whitey, Archie Bronson Outfit, Man Like Me and Absentee...

The Guardian lounge is a great place to put your feet up on a battered old sofa, read the papers, have a cup of tea and a slice of cake from the Womens Institute which shares the same tent and enjoy some impromptu acoustic sets, DJ sets and spoken word from the likes of Hot Chip, Ekow Eshun, Noisettes, Kitty Daisy & Lewis playing 78s and more random happenings...
